Hello, my name is Daniel Nöu and I am 26 years old. I am a professional triathlete with nearly 20 years of experience in endurance sports, having previously competed in both swimming and running.
My triathlon career began in 2014 and progressed quickly. Already the following year, I started at the triathlon high school in Motala and competed nationally and internationally in the years that followed, including at international championships for juniors. I won my first Swedish Championship gold as a junior and then moved up to the senior category, where I have competed at the highest elite level – first in short distance, and in recent years, on the longer distances.
Throughout my career, I have won several Swedish Championship titles, achieved strong international results, and represented Sweden at both European and World Championships. I have trained alongside many world champions and Olympic medalists in triathlon and gained invaluable insight into what it takes to succeed – not only in training, but also in recovery, nutrition, and equipment.
My current goals are to break through internationally as a long-distance triathlete and, in the future, be among the best in the world. Alongside my athletic career, I study at university and run this relatively new coaching business.
I offer two levels of coaching: BASIC and PREMIUM. Regardless of which level you choose, you will receive a detailed training plan that shows exactly which workouts and intervals you should complete each day. The plan includes swimming, cycling, and running sessions distributed throughout the week.
All training is based on scientifically proven methods used by both myself and many successful professionals. The training will be periodized and go through different phases during the year, meaning there will be variation – sessions build on each other but change over time.
Both levels offer well-designed training plans – the difference lies in how much individual customization you receive.
BASIC means you receive a monthly training program as a larger document, with three different levels based on your current fitness. Levels will range from about 7 to 20 hours per week. There are also variations depending on whether you are targeting Olympic distance, 70.3, or full Ironman. In addition, I will contact you via a WhatsApp group chat to provide more information and answer questions. You get a high-quality and detailed schedule, but you manage the daily adjustments yourself.
PREMIUM is built on the same training principles but is more personalized. Here, I base the training on your background, follow up on your progress, and plan the program specifically around your race dates. You can choose to receive the program in the same format as BASIC, or directly in TrainingPeaks or Final Surge. In Premium, you also get the option of daily contact – I always reply within 24 hours to questions about your training.
Additionally, I am working on being able to offer special deals and discounts through my partners in the future. I can’t promise anything yet, but hopefully I will have more information soon.

BASIC: 1 month free, then 39€/month. 20% discount for students and people under 25.
PREMIUM: 1 month free, then 129€/month.
